Superstar beverage has been a valuable community store, catering to the drinkers as well as to the lottery clientele. I personally have been a patron for many years. I've never been so disappointed in any of the employees as I was on Friday 8/30/19, when I was waiting for the older looking bearded Mike, not Mike Rosia he is always respectful to everyone. Even when some of them dont deserve it. I said to Mike I know that you have to serve your drinkers first, but this guy has been waiting 17 minutes to play numbers and I have to go to work , Mike said well this guy has to cards, this guy plays a lot of numbers you play a lot of numbers " I already have 6 problems that I am dealing with!." I felt offended, because his tone and body language sent me the message that I'm a problem, I feel that this was inappropriate. And not to disrespect myself I walked out.
