A Touch of Italy — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I wasn't expecting much, just a slice of Sicilian, and it was on a Sunday Eve after football. But they didn't have Sicilian, and the rest of their slices looked like they had been out all day. So I ordered a pasta primavera which said $10.95 on the menu. Then I wanted to add chicken and the worker said it would be $19.95. When I questioned the discrepancy, he said they just made new menus last week and had not replaced them. Then I asked him if it came with bread and he said yes. I decided I was too hungry to wait, so I went next door to Dollar Tree. I came back 25 minutes later and sat at a table to wait. I waited another 15 when I asked the same employee for bread. 10 minutes later I asked where the bread was and he said the cook was making it. Another 10 minutes later the person came out with the food wrapped up in bags when I was clearly sitting at a table. When he realized I was staying he asked if I wanted metal silverware, and I waited another 5 minutes for that. The food was ok but it only had spinach and carrots in it. I thought primavera had more veggies in it, but I guess I expected too much. The service was so horrible, and there were no other customers eating there The employee was cleaning up the whole time so on my way out I asked him what time they closed and he said 9:00. i would give this place zero stars if i could , i went to get food from this place ordered the food and had to use the bathroom really bad, i asked the old man if i could use the bathroom he said “No we don’t have bathroom” i said okay np. while waiting for my food a nice lady walked in and wanted a salad pizza slice there was none made but it takes at most 5 mins to add salad to the pizza she said can you make me one he said NO. Then the lady said quite a personality this man has … i was like yeah he’s full of no’s today i asked to use the bathroom he said “no we don’t have bathroom “ which didn’t make sense cuz they have a seating area so legally they are supposed to have a bathroom she said they do have a bathroom. so i told the man the lady said you do have a bathroom he goes yeah but no it’s not working . i left my food right there and walked out. the service was disgusting food didn’t even look good and the man’s attitude i cannot take no personality just...

ordered through Uber eats. My order was past the time it was supposed to be delivered so I called the restaurant and they said to give them ten minutes. Another 20 minutes pass and still nothing so I call them back. The man on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. Turns out, the delivery guy (not an Uber eats driver) had completely ignored my delivery notes and delivered it to the wrong building. Luckily I happened to catch the guy leaving the other building and got my food however it took over an hour and the food was mediocre at best. When I asked the lady in the other building what the delivery guy said she told me he didn’t know who the food was for and just gave it to her. Good thing I saw it because if not I would’ve ended up paying for someone else to eat my food. The sauce was spilled all out of the container and in the bag and no utensils were provided.
