Have been using Decked Out Audio for over 20 years. My first time having any interaction with this business was when I was in high school and had a radio and speakers installed. Have had several car starters in my personal vehicles. Looking back have had 6 starters between mine, parents, and girlfriends vehicle in the last 20 years with no issues. My mother just recently had a remote car starter installed in her minivan within the last month and a half.. Have never had a problem and will continue to use this business as long as they are still doing installs. Very professional and honest. Grateful for Decked out Audio. Awful customer service. Just called there to see if they could help me with an issue I'm having with an aftermarket radio, and while I was explaining the problem the manager cut me off, multiple times, in the middle of my sentence and then after all that told me that I need to call the company where I got the radio because he doesn't know what the problem is...How about you listen to what I'm telling you the problem is and then decide whether or not you can help me.

Had my double din touchscreen installed for a very fair price, they did a great job routing the cables and I was able to keep all my steering wheel controls.
