Why have posted hours if you aren't there when you are suppose to be open? Was nearby for a car event with a friend so we decided to go in and just check it out. They say that they open at 10am but it is currently 10:15 and no one is there. I realize they say "by appointment only" but you should still have someone there at all times you say you're open, just in case. Not a great way to stay in business.
Response: I actually have shopped at your store. Didn't find anything. Don't have hours if you aren't going to be there. Plan and simple. Don't put hours if you are by appointment only. If you cannot afford to have someone in the store when you are suppose to be open, then change your hours to by appointment only or don't be in business. Also yes many bridal stores are by appointment, but they still have someone on site during business hours. Or they simply state "By Appointment Only" Seriously so simple. Not rocket science. Change your hours to be by appointment only OR have someone in store during posted business hours. Also not unfair to give you a 2 star review. Quiet disappointed with my overall experience here. I went here to pick out my veil and the stylist I was working with was helping me build a style that I would like since they did not have it in store. We tried on 2 veils, the first one I loved I just wanted a bit longer, so we tried on a second one just to see what a long veil in general looked like. But I was CLEAR that I wanted the first one just longer. Well she ordered the second one- which might I add I hated the style of. Once it came in an I realized the mistake they’d made they said that nothing could be done because I’ve signed a contract. I am fulfilling my contract and taking my $300 veil that I did not want and was assured would be the style I asked for- but they did nothing to try and help out their customer. I hoped they would at least offer to put it on consignment in their store being that the could re-sell it much faster and easier than I could. But they only cared about pointing to the contract and telling me I’m SOL. They don’t seem to care about their customers unless everything...

Cora was my bridal stylist & she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, & welcoming. She truly made my experience great. I had gone to a few other stores prior and did not have great experiences. Cora was able to book me an appointment last minute. When I arrived she had pulled dresses that were on my pinterest board, and let my guests & I browse and pull any other dresses to try on. She was upfront about the cost of each gown immediately, & really listened to how I felt in each one. She offered suggestions for every dress but never pressured me into purchasing or saying yes to a dress. I said yes to the dress, & her excitement for me made the moment extra special!
