I am writing this as a Business and Personal Customer. I have lived in Pat-Med for over 15 years. Last year I decided to go in and instantly wish I had known about Neet and his place earlier.

#1 if you are a Whiskey, Tequila, Vodka, or Bourbon drinker, THIS IS THE SPOT. Neet knows the character behind literally every bottle sold and there is a HUGE selection. His store selections never miss and he has barrel proof and single runs at great prices. If you missed his bourbon tasting and wine tasting you missed out. He carries all the staples also. More than often, whatever store pic he has you can sample and he will tell you all about it.

Also, when I needed to purchase gifts for clients, they helped me pair offerings to what I described for each clients personalities, and and I hit gold on each suggestion.

Giving back to the community. Neet has supported our Pat-Med Raiders with MORE THAN Generous hookups so Shout out for that!

I have sent many friends to him and each one has come back with positive experience. If you frequent there, often you walk in and someone is saying "hey I have something for you to try since you like such and such..."

Do NOT purchase online from this store!

First time customer. Placed an online order 12/19, one item, and paid over $36 for shipping. No online update or email on when item shipped. In short, item never shipped. Inquired on 1/1 for shipping status or refund, then Seller emailed a UPS tracking number and charged my credit card that day. Status of the tracking number STILL shows 'label created' only. Therefore, one has to assume the item was never shipped, and only a shipping label was created (why?). Contacted store again 1/7, and received a response (thankfully) from the owner, Neet. Stated he would make sure the item would be shipped 1/10, and shipping charges refunded for the inconvenience (nice gesture).

Unfortunately, that did not happen. Reached out to Neet (again) requesting to cancel the order and refund the full amount charged, but still have not heard back. 3 weeks since placing the online order...no new tracking number provided, no refund issued, no item shipped....no trust the Seller would resolve.

Update: 1/12/22 owner issued refund and cancelled order. Based on the reviews, I had high hopes for a simple online purchase, but this experience was beyond frustrating. If you buy local, I assume your experience will be different. Just reconsider...

I ordered a couple bottles of rum and a case of wine for an event 2 weeks ago. When I talked to someone the first time, they said I would have my order by mid week and I would get an email with tracking. No email came, no shipment was sent so I called back. I was assured the shipment was going out that day and again that I would get an email with tracking. 3 more days go by, no tracking, no emails, so I email them and call back as emails have all gone unanswered. Just as someone else stated, "the guy responsible" was either not in yet, out to lunch, etc. They promised he would call back when he gets in. No calls came. They completely stopped responding. DO NOT rely on this company! I have to now take care of something I thought I already had plus wasted way more time than necessary dealing with them. DO NOT ORDER...
