Bagel Patch — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

The place was dirty the bagels were all basically burnt when I asked for a roll instead they didn’t have any then I said ok I’ll get my egg sandwich on a plain bagel when I asked for bacon a common typical part of an egg sandwich they don’t have any meat? Then to top it off it cost me 6$ for a cc babe and small ice tea ( which they only one size so they charge like 3$ cor the ice tea)I don’t know how they have 4 stars I should have left and said forget it like I was going to do but figured I would just try them I could have gotten a whole egg sandwich with bacon with hashbrowns with a drink included for 6$ at Stacey bagels in Ronkonkoma so lesson learned will never return to bagel...

I’ve been buying Bagels here for over 20!years through all the different owners . These latest ones i’ve gotta say things have certainly changed.I live 4 hrs away so i can’t really check my product before i buy it -2 times now - Aug i bought 2 dozen bagels and all my twists were burnt on the bottom - today im looking at yesterday’s purchase when i got home - i think they put all the bagels on a diet as they’re all about 1/3 their regular size - very disappointing-$60 in bagels this year and haven’t single quality in any of them -Time to find a new vendor i’m thinking -sad -that place was pretty awesome...

I used to love this place when I was younger, many years ago. It's no longer owned by the same people and has changed. It's still good for bagels and people are very nice that work there. I haven't tried the cream cheese but my kids have. They give a good amount of cream cheese for bagels and I had tuna on mine which was very good. The price is not bad as well. Would I say they're my favorite, no but I do like them and would come back again.
