🚨 Important: This is NOT a real corporate T-Mobile location. It’s an authorized retailer called Wireless Vision. Stay far away. 🚨
Working under District Manager Yamil Adames at Wireless Vision was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had. He lied to me from the start and failed to provide the support I needed in a brand-new role. Instead of being at the store to show me the ropes, he made excuses about having “other stores to run.” The truth is those stores already have full teams and experienced managers, while I was left to run a store with no proper staff.
⚠️ Customers should be extremely cautious when shopping here. Always check your bill carefully, because many people end up with charges or extra lines they never agreed to. The sales culture pushes employees to sneak things onto accounts — adding tablets, watches, home internet, and even extra lines without permission — just to make numbers look good.
💰 On top of that, the pay is only $15 an hour. The environment is cut-throat, and employees are pushed to do whatever it takes to hit goals, even if it means misleading or taking advantage of customers.
To make matters worse, right after I stepped into the role, Yamil went on vacation and begged me to hold things together so he could enjoy his time off. The team he hired quit because of his dishonesty, leaving me completely stranded.
This is not leadership, and it’s not a healthy workplace. I would never recommend working at this location or under this district manager. Wireless Vision and T-Mobile customers alike deserve leaders who build teams up, not ones who lie, abandon staff, and allow shady practices that exploit customers.
👉 For clarity: Corporate T-Mobile locations are different and don’t operate this way. This review is specifically about Wireless Vision, the authorized retailer...
Read moreAs much as I absolutely love the service I get from T-Mobile the company, this store fails miserably in every way shape and form. Went in to take care of some business related to my account as I was advised to from T-Mobile‘s website, was greeted with an attitude and that we don’t do that for you statement. I contacted a representative via telephone, and was told that they did indeed take care of that in the stores. I still love my T-Mobile service, but I will never go to the store. The staff has no professional ethic, no work ethic, and honestly I question whether or not the one girl was flying high on something. If you need service from T-Mobile, I highly recommend using their website and call centers, most in professionalism, always happy to take care of whatever...
Read moreI am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.
(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)
Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. AJ was very helpful as well.
If you need something done right, go to this T-mobile.
I was a former sprint customer so they help them as...
