I recently had the misfortune of visiting Cell Doc, a phone repair store that left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. I had hoped to get my phone repaired quickly and efficiently, but instead, I was met with a lackluster and frustrating experience.
Firstly, Cell Doc was poorly maintained and disorganized. There were cords and wires all over the place, which made it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. The lighting was dim, and it was hard to see the labels on the products. The store had a cluttered and unprofessional appearance, which was not what I expected from a place that specializes in repairing high-tech gadgets.
Furthermore, the staff at Cell Doc were unhelpful and apathetic. When I arrived, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone, and it took several minutes of wandering around the store before I was able to locate an employee. Once I did find someone, they were curt and disinterested, giving me minimal information about the repair process and seeming annoyed by my questions.
The real issue, however, was the quality of the repair work itself. After paying a considerable amount of money for the repair, I found that the phone was not fixed properly. The screen was still cracked, and the battery life was even worse than before the repair. When I returned to Cell Doc to address these issues, the staff were dismissive and uncooperative, refusing to take responsibility for the subpar work they had done.
To add insult to injury, when I attempted to get a refund, Cell Doc had a strict no-refunds policy. This policy was not made clear to me at the time of the repair, and I felt deceived by the lack of transparency.
Overall, my experience at Cell Doc was extremely negative. The store was poorly maintained and disorganized, the staff were unhelpful and apathetic, and the repair work was subpar. I brought my S23 Ultra in for a screen replacement and was never told that the screen they were installing wouldn’t match the original. Instead of the original edge-to-edge curved display, the new screen has a thick black border around the edges, which completely changes the look and feel of the phone. I was never informed I had the option to request the OEM screen, and now I’d have to pay another $350 to fix what should have been done right the first time.
The day after I dropped my phone off (which they said it would be ready by then) they told me that their supplier sent the wrong screen, but they never informed me of this. I had to reach out myself to figure out what was going on, which only added more time to the already long wait. At no point did they offer a real solution or take responsibility for the poor communication.
To make things worse, they cracked the back of my phone during the repair. They did replace it, but it was still careless. They also offered a screen protector as an apology but didn’t check what they were ordering. It turned out to be one that required UV curing to install properly, and they didn’t have the tools or know-how to do it.
Their communication was terrible throughout, and they were often closed during posted business hours, which made following up a nightmare. I left feeling misled and ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my I-Phone here for it to be repaired only to find out when I get home that it's simply combusted. Great. Seriously didn't need this right now after my car also had some functionality issues (currently being resolved). Now I need to get a new phone. Do you understand the kind of inconvenice this has caused me as a customer? Please understand my frustration and I will NOT be returning here to get my phone repairs.
I requested a refund through this process in an email and had communicated back and forth with MO. MO was not helpful in this situation as I am out the $300 repair fee and $150 screen+battery repair deal. MO told me that if I ever try to contact him again he will report me to the Customers Bureau.
Please be wary of such a irresponsible business owner. This is no way to treat a customer (would be for life). 0/5 if I ever have to drive through here again I will NOT turn my head towards...
