Brian Golley was wonderful!! I had my phone replaced and the company told me to go to the store to have the SIM card replaced. I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days with the techs over the phone. I went into the store thinking I was not going to be helped right away. He approached me right away and sat me down to assist me. He is amazing, friendly and I now do not need to wait for a call from apple to restore the new phone. He did everything. He made me feel very comfortable. And he is very knowledgeable. I know they work on commission and didn’t make me feel like I had to buy anything. I bought a new glass cover and a device to attach my phone to the car. He assisted me with what I needed and fixed my phone. Thank God you have employees like him. He is a great asset to your company. I hope the company rewards such a great employee as him. My family was in crisis and really needing our phones when my mother was put into hospice and my child with a disability needed major care. I stopped in the store because my phone old phone was constantly needing a reboot. Brian helped me choose a new phone and looked over my plan. He told me I was eligible for a discount on my plan and that discount would allow me to upgrade to unlimited data for only $15 a month more than what I was paying. The discount was REJECTED by Verizon and my bill is astronomically higher than it was going in. This guy provided major disinformation and took total advantage of the situation. Sam walked us through choosing a phone, choosing a plan, and choosing the right protective cover. Sparkly for the Misses. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and most important, very patient with all the questions and concerns, and our 2 rambunctious young boys! At the end of our visit our nerves were calmed, ALL questions answered, and completely satisfied with the visit. This was not the closest Verizon store near our home. At that location, the rep polite but ultimately signed me up for the most expensive plan and never really gave me straight answers on my questions.
