Worst experience ever!!! I shop at target around three times a week, I love it so much but I had the worst experience here! Horrible customer service. I went here to return a defective tv target decided to sell me on Black Friday and all they wanted to give me was another one when the manufacture said it was the whole batch that got sold that was defective. I asked if they could honor a deal that was on Black Friday considering I stood in line for this tv for three hours for my dads Christmas present and it broke in ONE WEEK!!! They told me no and were extremely rude. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. They were first of all, EXTREMELY RUDE and they didn't even want to come up with a solution when they sold a whole batch of DEFECTIVE TVS!!! Thank you target for wasting my time on thanksgiving day, I will be sure to start shopping somewhere else and definitely not go there on Black Friday to buy my dad a tv!!! YOU HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Rudest people I have ever met. Don't tell me you can't do anything, I know that's not true. I like target. However, I have a physical disability. I use the riding carts. Targets isles are too narrow and full to be able to get through. I wasn’t able to do much shopping because I could not get to Items. One worker rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get by. I had to ask her to please let me through and then I thanked her but she had nothing to say, so I thanked her again and she said I already said you’re welcome. She had not and was quite rude. People aren’t always nice to people with disabilities. No one At the store knows anything. I asked where two items were, and I was sent all over the place by three people telling me the wrong areas. I think they give you an answer just to make you go away. Then when I asked how much over I could write a check, I spoke to six people and no one knew, So I could not do it. At the beginning of the pandemic, Target was one of the few retail stores I felt comfortable entering as they were enforcing mask mandates, constantly cleaning and playing announcements stating that masks were required. I was in need of new pants, and entered this location for the first time in months and was severely disappointed. In the span of roughly 40 minutes I saw three customers not wearing masks and no one was cleaning the self check out area. Furthermore, no announcements stating that masks are required were made and the hand sanitizer at the entrance was empty. I am highly disappointed and will not be back until I hear this location is back to following proper precautions or the pandemic ends, whichever comes first.
