If you need to send a package and live within or near the area....I'd say even if you live a bit farther it's worth driving here! Send your package here!! Oh my gosh I've never experienced this kind of professionalism and attentiveness in a package/shipping center....I was shipping something of personal and sentimental value over seas to a museum with limited open hours. I tried 6 places in the area Axel and his team were the only ones who could give me answers on custom duties, taxes/Insurance etc....delivery answers he called the UPS in Spain to double check etc...i mean I was taken back by him and his teams quality and again professionalism and patience with me!! I was nervous bc of the over seas shipping yet he took the time to answer and check into my many questions:) thanks you guys!! Pay nearly a grand to ship two pieces of artwork. One goes find, the other ships freight and just sits at the store for weeks. Follow-up, and get told soon soon soon soon.

Soon it just shows up at the location with no warning and the truck driver just leaves it with a neighbor. Didn't even confirm who since no one by the name they supplied lives in that area.

Item arrived fine, but way too expensive to have that much risk and grief.

I think the real gem was the manager calling to apologize, said they'd do a partial refund then a month later still nothing. Maybe it will come "soon".

Got the message loud n clear, I'll go to FedEx next time.

terrible location, first of all their young skinny driver with the long hair delivered a lot of EXPENSIVE AND FRAGILE packages to my house at once, and I could hear him throwing them against my garage door from inside, so I came out and watched him so he didnt break anything but he just kept throwing them at my garage door even though he knew I was there, he was also extremely rude I kindly said as a joke ”thats a lot of packages huh” and he made a snark face. Not to mention this store has said for a long time it is open on Sundays online making people drive there only to see on the door it says they are closed.
