Amtrak - Buffalo Depew Station — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

The station was clean and had several precautions posted about maintaining Covid protocol while waiting for the train to arrive. Also a scan bar code for pre-screening for the train ride was posted inside the station in case you forgot to do so. All staff wore masks and constant reminders for masks to be wore at all times inside the station and on the train. $1000 fine and kicked off the train is definite motivation to keep the mask on. It was our first time taking the train so I was a little nervous. I talked to the woman behind the counter and she was so friendly. She told us exactly where to go. We booked a roomette so we didn't go on the main train. When the train came she came outside to make sure we were at the right stop. The train station was clean. This is the BEST train station in the area and super busy with lots of CSX and Amtrak action with rarely Norfolk Southern trains, we are from Canada so this is very cool to see as this was our second Time going here, though we were there on March break it was still very busy and super nice and beautiful train station with lots to explore and do here while you railfan, wait, or just anything you may do!!
