I was referred to ProSource by Artisan for a kitchen remodel. I've been at the process for a couple of months now, and at this point, I'm walking away. I made an appointment at the beginning of the process to tour the showroom and my sales person was there and answered my questions. I returned two weeks later with my partner so I could get a second opinion on what I selected, and after that, all communication broke down. At that second appointment I asked when someone could be sent over to my house to take measurements and give me an estimate, and I couldn't get a straight answer. The response I got was "well, we're booking out really far." I straight up asked when I could get a date, and was told "I'll look at the schedule," but wasn't given an answer. I waited two weeks and called and left my sales person a message, and a month went by with no reply. I called ProSource this week on Tuesday and was told my sales person would call me back by the end the day Tuesday or Wednesday. It's now Thursday and I never received a call. I'm disappointed because I actually liked the showroom and the options available to me. I'm planning on spending thousands of dollars on this remodel, and I find it disturbing that I can't even get a return call. I'd give them a zero star rating if I could, but google won't let me. I wouldn't recommend...
Read moreRecommend by contractor, Bad decision,. ordered the kitchen cabinets ,back splash, flooring through them along with the grout , to do the job. Well not enough glue.the bottoms of cabinets were not the same color as the front for the upper cabinets. The cabinets were late by 4 weeks, even though Collette Sendor told myself and my contractor that the cabinets were shipped and would be delivered in 3 days. She lied! She also changed the design that I had given to her on 1 of the cabinets. All this delay and unsatisfied cabinets left myself unsatisfied with a kitchen with a lot of flaws ,but after 3months of not having a kitchen. I am tired. My contractor has had multiple problems with pro source and the customer service. So my advice to anyone who is looking to get any products from pro source DON'T! There are plenty of other options for supplies. All the delays were because of pro sources inability to communicate. I placed the order and paid for it in May, cabinets were scheduled for August, they came at the end of September .Pro source had a panel at their place and did not tell myself or contractor that it was there. Another Delay. Don't hire ...
Read moreMy experience with ProSource in helping me with my kitchen remodel was very positive. For the average homeowner doing a first time kitchen remodel, the number of decisions to make and hundreds of choices to go through is daunting. This includes cabinets (grade, style, wood, finish, hardware, and more); counter tops (material, finish, edging); flooring; sink; faucet; paint; backsplash; appliances and more.
ProSource provides a single source that can provide all your material and appliance needs either directly or through their partners and they have the technical staff and designers to help you choose what is right for you. There was no attempt to upsell, and I found the prices to be competitive.
Prosource provided me with a construction materials expert, Rick, who has many years of experience in the building trades and was able to educate me, and answer my many questions. They also provided a designer, Colette who was very professional and patient as she worked with me from layout to materials selection and pricing.
I have place my order and can't wait for...
