We have been blessed by S & E Jewelers for many years having purchased a variety of beautiful pieces including: an engagement ring, watches, necklaces & earrings. Each time we visit we are treated like family, with such warmth & professionalism, each experience always exceeds our expectations. My 17 year old son recently saved up enough money to purchase a gold rope chain of his own. It was so much fun to shop with our son & the owner, Mr. James Neumann, who was quick to show us the fantastic selection of men’s necklaces at the store & in catalogs. I had also brought in several rings, watches & earrings to be cleaned, repaired & needing batteries. All of our needs were fully & easily met. Our son is so very happy with his new necklace-it is gorgeous on him! My jewelry was taken care of beautifully & thoroughly, with great care & consideration. We cannot say enough about this wonderful establishment. We most certainly will continue to utilize S & E for all of our future family jewelry purchases. When I was referred to S & E Jewelers, I walked in with a mission. As soon as I mentioned it to Natalie, she said she was sure they could help me. Her confidence was encouraging because I had been searching in my home state of Colorado and was feeling hopeless. Because Natalie was busy with ringing phones, Jim came over to assist me. I told him I was trying to match a necklace to 3 others my mother purchased for my granddaughters a few years ago. Since then, my mother passed away and I was determined to find an open heart pendant with my youngest granddaughter's birthstone in the middle. Jim went above and beyond to be sure he found exactly what I wanted. He took his time and was patient giving me his full attention. I was able to get the pendant I wanted to match the others. Jim, Natalie and the owners made me feel welcomed and were very appreciative of my business. I was visiting and leaving the next week. When it was ready, Jim called and we decided how to ship it to me and he even wrapped it for Christmas since I will give it to her as a gift. "GET THIS"

IN GOING BACK A SECOND TIME, to get my dad's ring-sized for me, he died Aug, 6th, 22. I told "her"? that.

She quoted me $140. She told me they had to add gold? I said ok, I was going for a second opinion. WHICH SHE WAS VERY DISSATISFIED, even holding my ring back when I asked her for it politely, I was quite surprised.

I went back to my Mom's in Canada and got it done at a well recognized, a Forever Jeweler in Canada, (People's Jewelers) at the Seaway Mall in Welland Ontario for $91.52 CAN. $$$

AND NO ADDED GOLD WAS NEEDED! 😢🤔🤔🤔.
