Just Pizza & Wing Co. — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Being on the corner of Harris Hill and Genesee street, this establishment is very convenient to me so I frequently stop for a slice or two of their pizza. Their pizza is very good, and I would not hesitate ordering a full pie when I want. Their service is very good as well, and their customer service personnel are very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate at all to order from them for a special dinner night or game night. They do deliver to the surrounding areas, but I am not sure how far they will go. You'll have to call and ask. Their facility is easy to get to and parking is good. One of the best things about their physical building is the ramp they have onto the sidewalk. Nicely accessable for a wheelchair. Due to their parking situation though, you may have to cross the parking lot to get to the ramp, which you will have to be careful of because they share the building with a gas station convenience store. So, the parking lot traffic can be heavy at their busy times. Just be careful crossing the lot to the ramp if you are in a chair. The other thing I can think of that might be a little tricky if you are in a chair is the door to get in. You actually have to travel past the door a little to open it coming from the ramp, then wheel into the establishment. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that I am saving that distinction for my favorite pizza place which will remain forever nameless...

If there was a zero I would score both experiences it. For starters when you walk in and approach the counter nobody comes out to see if your ready to order unless they happen to walk by to get something from the other side of their kitchen, even if you ring the bell. they hide behind a wall and Who knows if they’re even working, it’s silent behind there. You would think that if they’re Too busy to come out and greet you , you would be hearing noise but nope nothing. Then When he comes out to take your order, he takes your money and tells you couple minutes for two slices and doesn’t come back for 20 minutes. I wish I had pictures of the slices but I don’t. They were a disgrace definitely not just pizza food it looks like a frozen pizza that was cheese and somebody threw pepperoni on top to heat up. They weren’t even stuck to the cheese and when I picked it up they fell off, nevertheless, After Took a bite, I threw it out. I was counting on just pizza food and got something else. I had to go down the block to Picasso, which was my second choice and they had my pizza ready in minutes price was no difference. I will never go back here again. It was a horrible visit. The owners of this company really need to do something about this location . First time customer at Just Pizza at Harris Hill and Genesee in Bowmansville. Ordered their "World famous 3 cheese pizza" due to a recommendation from a friend. Pizza cost $25 with tax...not cheap by any standard for a pizza in our area. The toppings were sparse at best and were very unevenly placed on nearly half the pizza which resulted in missing ingredients on most slices. I called and asked for the manager or owner. I spoke to Bob, who identified himself as the GM. I told him that I live twenty minutes away, was a first time customer, and was very unhappy with the quality of the pizza. I went onto explain that we had to pick it apart and reconstruct the pizza on most slices in order to even begin to consider eating the pizza. His response was extremely condescending. He even went as far as to imply it was somehow my fault because I didn't bring it back right away for him to inspect. I reiterated that I live twenty minutes away and thought a phone call would be sufficient. He continued to repeat that I should have returned with the pizza even after I told him again that I lived twenty minutes away.
