7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Chenango

I’ve been going to 7 brew since they opened in vestal in 2023 and go just about everyday. I do have to say I love the atmosphere, the staff and drinks and was excited to hear that another location was opening closer to my house. However I have had numerous drinks from the new location and without exaggeration, every single time I have gone to the new location they manage to mess up my order in some way after repeating myself to the staff numerous times. Now I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt since these were new staff and I completely understood, and they had no problem remaking my drink. But here we are a few months later. I’ve gone quite a few times, once again because of the location and am still having the same issue. It seems they don’t have the same management as their location in vestal. Not trying to talk bad on 7 brew in any way but I am very displeased as 7 brews drinks are not very cheap. I would also like the add that I was told quite a few days prior but brewistas at the other location that when the new one opened, the first person in line would be awarded free drinks for a year like they did at the vestal location. The day before their official opening I was then told they decided not to do it. I did still make it first in line opening day in case they were just possibly saying that to not get an overwhelming crowd of people. Unfortunately they were right which was pretty disappointing, now 7 brew did compensate me with a few free drinks but I’m not sure why you would tell customers misleading information for days, then decide not to follow through the...

I tried 7 Brew after receiving a coupon for them. I reviewed their offerings and trying to find a coffee beverage that isn’t hundreds of calories, I tried a cold brew with sugar free syrup, the Irish Cream to be specific. I ordered a medium. Their sizes are like movie theater sizes. The medium was massive. There was so much of the syrup it didn’t taste good. Such a shame. I couldn’t even drink it, just threw it out. I’ll stick to cappuccinos and drip coffee. I was excited to see another coffee place in the area. This is, however, another chain. This is just another American fast food-like chain for the beverage world. Check your calories and sugar options before you make your purchase. Most calories are through the roof. I’d rather go to the other established chains that offer lower calorie options with good flavor or better yet, go to Batch Coffee and support local! We drove down to Binghamton from Syracuse specifically to go to this location and then explore the area. It was a torrential downpour when we arrived but the team was still smiling and happy to take our order and walk us through everything on the menu. I ordered a standard cold brew with 4 shots of espresso and some cold foam. The wife got a banana bread blondie — which let me just say, as someone who can’t stand bananas, this blondie was the most authentic banana taste and was absolutely delicious. I’d even order it myself! We also grabbed some canned energy drinks and a poppy seed muffin top for the road. Everything was tasty, exceptional and well worth the drive.
