There needs to be a higher rating system because 5 stars isn't nearly enough for the exceptionally amazing service I received from Tonya. Infact, there wouldn't be enough stars in a clear night sky! It was refreshing to be able to walk into your store & deal with someone who not only had the skills & knowledge to provide me with excellent customer service but whose personality was genuinely warm & inviting. If I could give zero stars I would. I had an awful experience at this store. Came to switch over 4 phones to then and ending up leaving spending more than I was told when I confirmed multiple times the price of everything, one of the phones isn’t even in service and when we tried to go back to get the problem fixed the store was closed way earlier then the sign says. I spent 4 hours in this store trying to switch 4 lines then we had to go and spent another 2 hours at a different cricket to get the one phone turned on because it had no service!! Completely a terrible experience and will not be coming to this...

I have had help from Tonya on several occasions , sending her msgs by messanger and in person , i recently bought a new phone and did not know how to add my contacts or photos or any thing onto my new phone and she was willing to take the time to do that for me , no matter what questions i asked her shes always willing to help me out , shes really kind and helpful and personable , i look forward to seeing her because i know if i need any help shes really helpful , i would reccomend cricket as a company to any one and definately tell them to contact Tonya as a representative of your cicero location where she...
