Taylor went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with an online order because it was a unique case. Was on the phone with their people for a good 30-45 minutes trying to sort it out when he could have just quit after the first 5 minutes when the first person said they didn't know. He kept going anyway. Then after all was said and done (turns out my order never processed though the website gave me an order confirmation and number -- not his fault at all) he was apologetic anyway and then helped me find a perfect headset since I was asking for comfort over everything. Read morePicking up my purchase during Covid times, i explained to the guy working there that the phone # I called just kept repeating itself without giving a direction of what # to push to reach a live person. The guy arrogantly said "I KNOW". So i than show him my purchase order and he than says rudly "WHATS YOUR NAME?...WHAT R U PICKING UP?.....WHATS YOUR NAME?" His behavior is bizarre at this point. He than finally get my purchase and says he needs to see my ID, i go to get it out and he than quickly says "no i just need to see your purchase order"

Read moreA man named Paul was here. Said he was the manager. He repeatedly lied about what he could or could not take in trade. I plan to talk with his DM. It was non stop lies so he could not take the few items I had in trade to make his day easier. He has never seen a SNES Jr. and called it aftermaket, when I corrected him it was the "plug" that he couldn't take... lol. The same one GameStop sold me when I bought the SNES Jr from them. Paul needs to be replaced asap. Managers like this loser cost the store money and customers. I barely go to GameStop but I now know to avoid...
