I LOVE coming here! I drive all the way from Rochester to see Kate. I don't trust anyone else with my color, eyebrows, and hair. She has gone above and beyond everytime I come in to get my hair done and my hair always looks amazing! She listens to what I want and gives informed options on how to get the best results while thinking about future color options and how it affects the health of my hair. I've gone from natural dark blonde/ light brown to bright fire engine red back down to a beautiful copper-red and my hair is still long and healthy. She is knowledgeable about how the color will work with my hair and gives me realistic expectations to the outcome. When I start to go grey (hopefully in many many years), I know I am in good hands because she knows how to color it. The hardest part will be accepting that I have grey to begin with and how that changes the color and my expectations. I will say the younger girl that did my hair did a great job but she did mess it up. She accidently cut a piece thinking she had her thinning shears in her hand. I do think she should have offered me a discount because she knows she messed up. She was very apologetic. I don't think she should get into trouble or lose her job but I definitely should have been compensated for her mistake. Luckily I can hide it under the top layer of my hair. I still see it though. It's shorter than the rest of my hair. Either way she has talent and my experience wasn't all bad. I was just disappointed that she didn't offer a discount after her mistake.

UPDATE: I just went back today and got my hair done by the same person. Julie, you are amazing and I appreciate you guys giving me a discount for the past mistake.
