That's right........ your prepaid card saved you ten bucks but the time you'll waist on hold with Jose in Cuba is not worth ten bucks point blank period! So invest in something that you'll get a return from, invest in the people that are there to help at WIRELESS EXPRESS. I don't know about you ,but if I'm already paying for the paervice that I know nothing about, it's worth ten even twenty dollars more to have a team ready and waiting to serve your wireless needs. It's a no brainer! Or just stay with STRAIGHT TALK keep your ten bucks, and then when there is an issue, go ahead and use it to wise your tears when you realize that no one is there to help you on one of the most important things in your life. i called on a iphone 6s 64gb with leasing they tell me i can come there and get phone with leasing for 47 every 2 weeks i get there is a 6 16 gb then he charges me for phone before i even know what it was on my card then find out its the 6 16gb he then says well i can refund it back to card will take 3-5 business days to go back on card and it will now cost me 59 every 2 weeks for the 6 64 gb when i told them 6s 64 gb several times i drove and hr and 40 min there for nothing then had to drive all the way back home when i told him my phone i had was not charging anymore and i needed it asap now im with out a phone and waisted money to go there and back and the money to send thier credit people for leasing the info they needed the guy was like you taking phone or not like really you guys wasted my time now your pushing me to get something i didnt want poor customer service rude and disrespectful wasted alot of time and money for nothing and when i tell him this he says i dont know...

I went to the store to store to purchase 3 brand new samsung s8 cell phones if they could come close to the price on amazon the manager told me they could and has 2 in stock and could get another one next week...they rang me out it was $1047 he then handed me the bag when i looked in the bag i noticed there were no boxes so i said where are the boxes he said they are refubished it was closing time so i returned the next day to return them because they led me to believe that i was purchasing brand new. cell phones..I said why would i spend $439 each for refurbished phones he then told me there would be a 30% restocking fee. I would not try to return the item if it was what I was promised 2 brand new phones...I purchased my brand new phone from Amazon with all the accessories for $400...DO NOT TRUST...
