5+ Stars!!!! Excellent interaction with Fari. My GF dropped her Apple Watch and the screen was shattered, but still functional. I dropped the watch off at Dr. Phone Fix on Rt. 11 in Cicero to be repaired. Fari called me the same day I dropped it off to let me know it was repaired and could be picked up. I gave it back to my GF, but she was not able to reconnect to the device. I brought it to the Apple store and they informed me it was stuck in a "boot loop" and offered to sell me a new one. I returned to Dr. Phone Fix and explained what the issue was. I left the Apple Watch with Fari and a day later he got the watch back to me in the correct mode to be re-connected to her devise. He even told me that if he couldn't get it out of the "boot loop" that he had the option to return the replacement screen and refund our money. Great customer service and fair pricing. I like to keep my phones long after I've paid them off. I also I will not pay for the overpriced insurance and/or extended warranties on phones that never happens to cover the entire service. That's why I rely on the service this place provides. Dr. Phone Fix has saved my phone, and others that I have recommend use his service, on multiple occasions.

My mom brought my daughter's iPad air here to be fixed, the screen did not work as it was separating from the back of the iPad and the whole back started to bend but he did an absolutely amazing job fixing it completely!! He was super fast responding when I messaged to inquire about prices and he was even faster in repairing the iPad....we couldn't have received a better experience even if we tried... absolutely recommend 1000% and thank you Dr Phone Fix for fixing my daughter's beloved iPad!
