Hannaford — Local services in Town of Colonie

I am a frequent Hannaford shopper (typically shop there 3-4 x per week) This week was my 1st time placing an online order with delivery. Small order as it was only items for that night's dinner. They were on time and only 1 item was not available so I was pleased with that however, I was charged for someone else's order that totaled over $200 dollars. I immediately went to the store to rectify the situation, but the manager (Arianna -I think) could not find the paperwork and proceeded to call one of the 800 numbers. I brought my receipts and even the delivery bags AND pulled up my bank statement clearly showing the transactions disputed. She and/or the person on the phone did not believe the amount was taken from my account even though I had proof in black and white. I truly thought this would been have handled more appropriately especially being that I am at that store every few days or every other day. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. PERIOD. Not even a "sorry" I understand mistakes happen, however this mistake cost me over $200 for an original order of $40. I most certainly will not order online delivery again and may possibly change food markets all together. Very...

Store products and environment was acceptable as far as cleanliness goes. Check out by cashier was horrifying. First cashier states that he worked over 800 hours (what????) then he stated was tried and kepr putting head down on the scanner during a product price check for rewards points. Anxiety level ratching up. Dude if ur sick i dont want me or my 80 yr old mom getting what you have. The straw for me was when the cashier wiped his nose with back of his hand and didnt stop my check out to clean his hands. EVERYTHING he touched got wiped off with disinfecting wipes when i got home. This is why Hannaford at wolf road only gets 2 stars for store presentation and 1 for customer service. For the $80 i spent to only earn 1.23 in rewards i dont think its worth the...

Went here in my wheel chair grung around the aisle of cereal filled down upon my head slowly.I hit it with my wheelchair.It exploded within the pieces on the aisle.Flying all over a lady was walking by some banana bread.Fell down.I threw it towards her so she threw me something.In the chips.We all had a great day.We were going around the store.Went over, it.Got some free finished.I got free chocolate and cookies because I'm in a wheelchair and like around the block.Now I motorize my wheelchair , make a scooter.
