The men and women who handled the fitting and tailoring for the wedding suits were nothing short of exceptional, delivering a service that went well beyond standard expectations. From the moment we stepped into the fitting room, their professionalism was immediately apparent. They greeted us warmly, creating an atmosphere of calm and trust—exactly what you hope for when preparing for such a significant occasion. Their knowledge of tailoring and menswear was remarkable. Each person involved had a deep understanding of how suits should fit on different body types, offering expert recommendations on cut, length, and adjustments to ensure every suit was tailored to perfection. They worked with an eagle eye for detail, noticing even the smallest adjustments needed to make each suit look as if it were custom-made for every individual. Their expertise extended not just to the fit but to fabric choice and style suggestions, always ensuring that the final result aligned with the overall aesthetic of the wedding. But it wasn’t just their technical skills that stood out; their kindness and patience made the process feel truly special. They took the time to listen to every concern, answer every question, and make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. Wedding preparations can be stressful, but their calm demeanor and clear communication helped alleviate that stress, allowing us to focus on the excitement of the day. Even when last-minute changes were needed, they handled everything with grace and efficiency, ensuring nothing was left to chance. Every suit they tailored fit flawlessly, enhancing the overall look of the wedding party while maintaining individual comfort. Their dedication to their craft and genuine care for their clients shone through in every interaction, making the experience not only seamless but enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a combination of expertise, kindness, and professionalism, and they truly made a lasting impression on what was already a memorable occasion. The Pronto Uomo Gray Notch Lapel Suit strikes an impeccable balance between classic refinement and modern appeal, making it an ideal choice for the sophisticated dresser who seeks a timeless look without venturing into overly trendy territory. At first glance, its elegant, medium-gray hue immediately draws attention, exuding an aura of understated class that’s versatile enough for nearly any occasion—whether you’re heading to a formal event or an important business meeting. The subtle sheen of the fabric adds a touch of luxury, giving the suit a polished and professional appearance. The design itself is a nod to traditional menswear aesthetics. The jacket features a notch lapel, a detail that further reinforces its classic roots. It’s tailored to fit well, offering a sleek silhouette that flatters without feeling overly tight or constricting. The cut is clean and simple, with just enough structure to create a strong, confident profile. However, it doesn’t push the envelope in terms of innovation or bold tailoring decisions, making it a safe, reliable choice for those who prefer to stick to sartorial basics. While the suit looks high-end, the feel is somewhat standard. It lacks the richness of more luxurious fabrics like wool blends or high-thread-count materials, so you won’t get that ultra-soft, lightweight sensation against your skin. That said, it’s still a comfortable wear, ideal for someone who values aesthetics over premium fabric. The durability is respectable, and it maintains its shape well over time, though it doesn’t deliver the plush, indulgent experience you might expect from a more high-end suit. In short, the Pronto Uomo Gray Notch Lapel Suit is a picture of timeless elegance, offering a refined look that’s perfect for the man who wants to look sharp without making a loud statement. While its feel may not match its visual appeal in terms of luxuriousness, it remains a reliable, handsome option for those who prioritize appearance and versatility in their formalwear collection.

There is one undisputable fact. Given a lack of resistance, pants fall down. For me the solution is to cinch my belt to the tourniquet notch and stand still. If I walk then I need to keep tugging them up. If I bend over all hell breaks loose. An upcoming black tie charity event was going to require that I wear a tuxedo so off to where? Men’s Warehouse! Once there, I can assure you that very early in the conversation I asked, “Do they come with suspenders?” With a confirmation that in fact they do, the size 14 wide shoe seemed to raise concerns but the salesman came out with a pair that fit very nicely. We left the showroom relived that it worked out and relieved of over two hundred dollars. As per instructions I went to try on the suit days later, and if everything fit as it should I would head out the door. The attendant handed me the shirt, pants and shoes and into the dressing room I went. I was shocked to see a gaping tear in the shirt but not distressed. It is simply an oversight on someone’s part and easily remedied with a replacement shirt. I put it on to make sure of the fit and followed with pants and shoes. I joked with them when I came out. The fellow in charge was himself a bit of a character, and professing some shock he did play along and they got another shirt. Next, on with the jacket and as requested an examination in a mirrored booth where I followed a few simple requests so the attendant could judge the fit. “Where do you usually where you pants? You should try to keep them closer to your belly button.” “ Well that’s why I asked about suspenders when I rented the suit.” He examined the paperwork and said the groom didn’t specify suspenders. The in charge guy said, “No. He is renting himself, for an occasion.” “Look.” I said. “I specifically asked for suspenders and was told they all come with suspenders.” “I will check in the back.” And off he went only to return moments later to say that they had no suspenders. “Are you kidding me?” and repeated that I specifically asked for suspenders in the tone that alerts other clients things are not going swimmingly at yonder end of the counter. Guy in charge directs the attendant to look again and after a trip to the back room he returns with suspenders. Guy in charge comes over to calm me down and to offer, “We usually charge for suspenders but I throw them in for free.” In short, I eventually left with everything I should have left with but also with a few nagging questions: Why do you say they come with suspenders when you don’t have any suspenders? Why when you didn’t have any suspenders, you suddenly find suspenders? Did that loose ceiling panel in the backroom give out under the weight of the mysterious disappearing suspenders and rain down suspender salvation? Why did you falsely try to appease me by telling me you usually charge for them and then generously offer them for free? So many questions unanswered at: Men’s Warehouse. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Update: The response below was immediate and I did as they suggested and called. Spoke with two of the most charming women who were both friendly and professional. The matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction in the form of a partial refund. My guess is that stores are independently operated. It is too bad that this retail outlet doesn't strive to conduct themselves at the level that corporate does.

My husband and his wedding party rented suits recently. They were all measured. They went up the day before the wedding and that's when everything started to go downhill. One of the groomsmen went early and said that his pants didn't fit. MW was on it trying to find a pair that would fit him. When my husband and his other groomsmen went up, my husband also had pants issues. They didn't fit. They tried to look around to find something that could work as it was after 3pm and they can't ship anything after that time. The other groomsmen shirt didn't fit. He had to go through a couple shirts until they found a white one that would fit and it ended up not matching anyone else. My husband's shirt barely fit but he decided to just deal with it as he already had problems with pants not fitting. The shirt was tight around his wrists and not as long as it should have been. Upon arriving home through that chaos they realized that they didn't try on their vest and jacket. My husband's vest didn't fit. The buttons wouldn't meet. His jacket buttoned but it made him look like he was struggling. I called MW personally and asked how a place that measured sent 2 people home with things that didn't fit. I was met with apologies and said that they should have tried on in store. I agreed but if they weren't directed to try it on they clearly didn't think of it themselves until it was too late. The man I spoke to on the phone also told me that it was after 3pm so no shipping could be done and the wedding was the next day. He said hopefully Monday (the return date) there could be something to make things right. Fast forward to the wedding where my husband decided to have his Groomsmens wear only bowties and the vest that fit went to the Groom. He spent the night trying to tuck what little shirt he could into his pants and his suspenders kept coming undone. He was very disappointed with how he ended up looking. On Monday we were met with an agreement that took place amongst MW that we would get a partial refund which was $81 dollars per suit and we had rented 3. Their argument was that we should have came up when they came in on the 24th. They would not let us explain anything and just took the bare minimum that was said on the phone.
