I went to see them recently because the trunk on my Range Rover wasn't working properly. Upon inspecting the car, Bruce Ramsey Jr went beyond the scope of my visit to inform me that I had an error code regarding my catalytic converter and that it was still covered under warranty. Was visiting Cornwall-on-Hudson from the city and needed an oil change and a battery inspection. Called ahead and Bruce Jr. got us in quickly first thing in the morning knowing we only had one car and needed it to get around. Dropped it at 8 a.m. and had the car back by 10:30 — he did an oil change, swapped our battery, changed the filters and windshield wipers, all while keeping us updated about the price (very transparent about labor costs too!) and the process/experience via phone calls.
