Very friendly staff however no regard for other peoples belongings. I went in because my screen has broke leaving a couple black spots on the upper left hand corner of my screen. I wanted to see what my options were to get it fixed through warranty or traded⊠blah blah blah. Do not, I repeat, do not hand them your phone if your screen is damaged/fragile because when I got it back the black spots had spread and I have rainbow lines all over my phone screen now. I brought my phone in trusting them with it and they made it so much worse by PRESSING on the spot where the screen was already messed up!! Asking âis this on the screenâ after I had JUST explained it was my screen that was messed up. I have been having issues with my phone screen since then and canât see a majority of what Iâm doing. I have since been trying to figure out how to get a new phone, that I canât afford!! Which is why I was asking about trading it in. So because he damaged my screen so much more than it was, I have to go out of my way and spend so much more money. That I do not have to spare, and shouldnât have to spend anyway!! I should have been able to trust him with my phone but I guess not. So again DO NOT hand them your phone to look at if your screen is damaged at all or at risk of getting worse because they will make it worse with no care in the world. Samsung's were BOGO so we told the associate that we would like to do that but we weren't going to use the 2nd phone until something happened to my husband's phone. We specifically asked if we could just put the phone away and activate at another time. We were told "YES". What they didn't tell us was that we would still have to pay 25.00 a month line charge for the unused phone, and a new phone number was added to our bill. I had to go to a REAL AT&T store (Ithaca) to get things straightened out. They did all they could to help. In the end, to avoid the monthly line charge I had to pay full price for one phone. Had we'd gone to Ithaca in the first place all of this would have been explained, a different phone would have been purchased, and we would have not had to go through all this trouble. New phones(always dreadful in the beginning) the switch was painful and complicated because we're transferring our numbers. The staff at this store was amazing. Every one of them willing to go the extra mile to get us up and running. Shout out to Izeaha, Abigail & Brooke, this crew is incredible. They stayed late, made phone calls and & worked tirelessly to sort out some issues that another store created. They never stopped smiling & I am sure they were frustrated too!
