Ordered a tuna sub on the app, brought it home to realize that they put chicken instead of tuna. Brought it back 30 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked and no one was answering the phones. Knocked on the door until the man opened it and asked why the doors were locked if it’s 30 minutes before close to which he responded “I’m the only one here.” I asked him to remake the sandwich and he said they had no tuna. Told him I would take a refund then. He then tells me to get a refund online, which is impossible to do. I told him that when you try to get a refund online it redirects you back to the store and he said “I don’t know how to do a refund.” We asked for the name/ contact information of the manager and he said he didn’t know.
Our order is always messed up. Employees are always standing outside smoking instead of working, and the manager seemingly thinks it’s okay to schedule one employee for a close who isn’t competent enough to complete a refund or leave the door unlocked until closing.

"We don't have any tuna." the young woman informed me. "Why," I asked. "Because it is christmas Eve and we are closing early and we don't want to prep anything." She replied rudely. Another young woman came behind the counter to inform the woman speaking to me that she had just heard that they would need to cut more tomatoes (they were out). Read moreOk so my first review must have been removed.. after having a conversation with district manager, and time has past to improve I went back. I sat at a table and ordered from my app. Watched as one employee ate food behind the line wiped his mouth then put gloves on to start preparing customers who walked in after my ap said recieved minutes later finally said started in process.. notice food in the photos.. on the floor window seals tables.. also notice the dust on windows food been there a while.. my order was to be ready at 745 it was done and picked up at 752 the one employee apologized for the delay.. since he made the 3 subs himself as the other employee was more interested in flirting with the girl in a halter top and her friend.
