DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! I WARNED YOU!!! So I recently bought what I thought was a QUARTZ banger from these guys only to have it break on the first use when heat was applied. I immediately came back to the store to explain what had happened and was told by the store manager that, “that happens, you need to walk the flame on”. I was pretty suspect of this diagnosis, however reluctant, I bought another. Again the same thing happens on the first application of heat except this time the bottom falls out and ruins my rug. At this point I decide to get a different point of view from a subject matter expert friend of mine and was told that the broken banger was glass and then proceeded to demonstrate how when glass beaks it turns into shards and quartz breaks into more of an oval, followed by a few more tests I was convinced I had been lied to. I brought this issue back to the manager at Smokers choice to only be told there are no refunds and to wait for an email...yeah, and the real quartz banger was only 10 dollars...Smokers choice will lie to you for 20...lmao...

I went there yesterday for some new coils for my vape and the guy there was absolutely oblivious, he didn't even understand what I meant when I said coil, really??? In a vape shop?? Then he directed me to go to the competition he said "vape kult on main Street has a better selection and carry all the parts for Vapes you should try them". I mean what kind of training do these employees have to direct me to go to the competition almost Everytime I go there?? I swear Everytime a buy a new vape from them they either stop carrying it soon after or don't carry the required components to service it. Why? It doesn't make sense, and then your highly trained personnel tell me good luck, and to go somewhere else.    Read moreHorrible Customer Service! Today while purchasing a can of Butane I was told that the cans come BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. So I asked to purchase a can. When I recieved it, I was only given ONE can and told that I had to specify that I wanted TWO cans for the buy one get one deal.
I asked to speak with the manager and he said that I can only get the can if I specify that I wanted both cans. I proceeded to say that the deal is "buy one get one" and it even reads it on the can. He refused to give me the additional can and claimed it was an inventory issue that he could not reverse. He also said that, he could not refund me because my credit card was entered manually.
All in all, they refused to provide my free can and a refund. This is especially disappointing as I drove from out of town to purchase their products. Im disgusted with how my situation was handled and will no longer support this...
