We are staying at Hope Lake Lodge (at Greek Peak) and decided to stay in our first night after a day of traveling. When comparing reviews from the other three restaurants that deliver here A Round Pizza was a no-brainer. We ordered two medium pizzas and two Greek salads. As you can see from the pictures, they are very generous with toppings and their portions (both pizza and salad) are quite large! They didn’t have Greek dressing which I thought was odd, but I ended up using their Caesar which actually went well with my salad. There were huge chunks of feta and lettuce that had not been broken down which was more of a nuisance than anything. However, they used black olives over kalamata which technically isn’t a Greek salad. Also, the crust was a little dry. However, A Round Pizza was a pleasant treat after a long day and we would certainly order again the next time we stay at this resort. Oh, and for anyone staying here the minimum order for delivery is $50. When you compare prices at the resort restaurants this minimum is nothing and well worth it!

Pros: 1. friendly 2. Heavy garlic butter flavor if you are into that Cons: 1. $30 cash for medium pizza and 10 wings 2. Pizza crust was overcooked, giving the texture and taste of cardboard 3. Cheese on top was undercooked??? 4. Pizza sause non existent 5. Do NOT buy the wings. Very dry, no flavor. No wing sause whatsoever, just an oil??? Here is a wing sause I make when I do wings since A Round Pizza doesn't know how to make sause: 1. 1 bottle of franks hot sause 2. 1-2 sticks of butter 3. That's it, it is literally that easy to make a good wing sause.

Have you ever had A Round Pizza? I was asked this question by my daughter and I immediately answered of course, not realizing she meant the pizza shop named "A Round Pizza". Well Joe serves a great slice of pizza with a thinner crust, much like typical NYC slices. The right amount of sauce and great tasting toppings, including mozzarella that's not too oily, makes this a great spot to pick up an entire pie or try their daily specials (2 slices and drink $6.50).

We were traveling through the area and decided to stop based on the amazing reviews. My first thought...this has to be a different place but the name and front picture matched. To start off it was filthy. The floor and the rug at the counter were covered in dirt and the "decorations" could use a dusting. We ordered anyway. I told the counter person we were eating in and paid. I then went to find the bathroom. The hallway was blocked by a trash can and two crossed brooms. I said to the guy slinging dough that I need to use the bathroom. At first he tells the kid making boxes to move the stuff, then changes his mind and says the bathroom doesn't work. I tell him I just want to wash my hands before I eat. He says they have no water. A seating area with no bathroom? A restaurant with no water? Seriously? We get our slices and look for napkins. My husband finds none and asks the counter person for some. She says they're out. He asks for paper towels, she says they're out of those too and offers us counter rags to wipe our hands and faces. For goodness sake, there is a grocery store across the street, take a $5 and go buy a pack of napkins! The pizza was ok, not nearly as good as I had hoped. We went to the grocery store to use the bathroom before continuing on our road trip. Really a...

This place was recommended by a friend and instead of the generic Domino's fare we opted for this. Placed an order for pickup as delivery was going to be an hour and pickup only 35 minutes. Knowing it was probably a busy night I didn't leave until the 35 minute mark and I live about 10 minutes away. When I got there they asked my name, which I gave and let them know I called it in for pickup. After moving to the side and after 2 minutes another person asked my name again and if I'd been helped, busy night so I get it, too many people doing the same thing and not communicating. At this point they got my ticket and I paid. I waited another 10 minutes and my food was ready. This is when I made my mistake and didn't check the pizza before leaving. When I got home and opened the box my pizza was a swirl of grease and cheese. Pretty disappointed with the look and when I tried a piece it was so salty I couldn't finish my bite. My kids had a few bites but decided they would rather have tomato soup. Man was I glad I ordered wings too. Unfortunately, the wings mediocre at best with the barbecue sauce not sticking to them so it was more of a dip. That being said I will not come here again nor recommend it to anyone unless I really...

I am so very disappointed in this establishment. We have ordered here several times when we want pizza and had it delicered. Tonight we ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and had it delivered. Once we opened the pizza box all we saw was ranch dressing doused on the pizza. We should have just ordered a.rnqch dressing pizza It was something I've never seen before. There was a half a bottle of ranch that covered it. As many times as we have ordered I have never called to complain but this pizza was inedible, even for my son who loves ranch dressing. I called and they told me we would have to bring the pizza back in and tbat the hot weather made it spread. They were being receptive at all. We got delivery because we didn't want to leave our house so why would we bring the pizza you messed up? They were so rude about it. They wouldn't even credit us a pizza. I offered to take a picture and send it to them, they refused. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with. Very unprofessional. They have lost a customer for good. My advice, look at the pizza before they leave because then you can refuse the pizza that you paid for that is inedible. I wish I could upload the photo to show everyone what they...
