I had Verizon when talking to Scott @ cricket. I first called Scott over the phone. He was very knowledgable and honest. I went into the store as it is right near my job , came in store was clean and Scott greeted us. We went over everything and my main concern was coverage and price as i was paying alnost $400 a month with my carrier. Scott reccomended activating 1 to make sure it worked, liked i wanted it too and then come back and do the rest, when i was comfortable with it. I asked Scott, if he worked the next day, as i was going to take the phone where my biggest reception issue was and if worked, i be back next day. He said come back tomorrow, i wont be here but Zack will be and he will give you just as good as customer service as me. Went in Saturday and spoke with Zack and Scott was right, he also is very professional and knowledgable. Zack setup my other 2 lines and now must say, im paying alot less for better customer service and reception. I highly reccomended Cricket and especially the one on RTE281 in Cortland. Read moreWow, just wow! Scott was absolutely amazing. We stopped in a few weeks ago because we were considering switching from StraightTalk. Scott spent a lot of time with us, going over options, phones, best deals...never a pushy salesman. He seemed genuinely concerned about what was best for us. One of us is very tech savvy and the other not! When our month's were up with StraightTalk we went back to see Scott. It happened to be a very hot day and the A/C had just broken in the store. He was very apologetic and worked with us to beat the heat! He never missed a step. He was helping another customer when we arrived, but he immediately made us aware of the situation and had us wait where it was cooler. He came and got us when he was done with that customer and then helped us get set up. He even moved all of our contacts, pictures, etc from our old phones. I thought I was going to need to buy a whole new phone after being told that. Decided to stop by at Cricket and Alex greeted with a big smile on his face and was eager to help me fix my phone.
