Just left your Dewitt location. Drove here from Liverpool to get a bottle of spray Shower Oil. All 3 girls were sitting at the counter. Never said “hello” or “can I help you find something?” I walked around for 10 minutes. Walked up to the Register so that I could ask a question. When I complained about the service, the chubby, pink hair girl who I’m assuming is the Manager(by the way…was having a personal phone call while I was walking around.) told me “Don’t come back!!” Great business, terrible staff. I usually love this store and have always had pleasant experiences when I lived in the area 2 years ago. I visited for the first time since then and went out of my way to visit. I arrived at 6:33pm on 4/24 when google their hours were open until 8pm. There was a sign on the door that they close at 6:30pm. I returned the next day as I was super excited to do my shop and I was surprised by how rude and not attentive the sales person was. this is NOT a quality bath bomb. Didn’t float. Put off 0 color. The very little color it did put off Stained me And my tub. And it was a $7 bath bomb, and while it smelled good, I’m very disappointed. Left the water looking absolutely disgusting. And left something very oily and slippery residue. I tried cleaning my tub out with cleaning products and it won’t come out. It’s clear they use non cosmetic grade mica to make these bath bombs. I took a video but it won’t let me post it here.
