Verizon — Local services in Town of Dix

Went there to upgrade my phone and asked to keep my old phone due to me knowing there was some stuff not backed up on my iCloud well during the process I was asked to put in my iCloud password twice didn’t think anything of it. After I left my old phone was still in the process of turning on which was a weird, after it turned on I realized they had to reset my old phone I never gave permission for this and now all those things I didn’t have backed up are gone forever.
