I have been driving my car trying to get a code to pop up so I could read it and try to figure out what's going on with my car and it finally did so I stopped in quick to see if I could use code scanner. Well I showed up at exactly 5:29 and the sign was being flipped to close. I knocked to see if there was anyway I could use it quick or even buy one and was looked at from the counter and completely ignored. They stood there for another 10 minutes talking to eachother walked to the back room and left as I was still sitting outside. I wouldve taken maybe 3 minutes to scan my car or if they didnt offer I wouldve come back tomorrow and bought one on the account I have that I have with them and the one in whitney point. That is not good customer service from a parts store. I can assure u I spend alot in this store and I will no longer do that and make sure I buy everything I need from hydraulic oil to car cleaning supplies elsewhere. Read moreWayne was amazing. When I went in to purchase some wiper blades for my FJ Cruiser, I was treated to the best service that I have ever had at a NAPA, my go-to auto-parts store, or any other auto-parts store.
What made this interaction so great is that Wayne greeted me immediately, offered to quickly look up my parts, didn't have enough of one model, and found me a better deal on another model. AND what topped it all off was that Wayne actually went outside to make sure that my wiper blades fit properly, since they were a different model than I normally used.
