Very rude.! Okay so I went in with a rolex "replica" or "reman" whatever you want to call it, because the crown is very sloppy and not catching the date to move it round. Granted it's not a million dollar watch but it is a very high quality replica the first words out of this guy's mouth was throw it in the garbage. After telling me there's a 35 fee plus 3-4 hours work plus parts (which he can't get parts for the watch because it's not a 'name brand) he asks me what am I going to charge for the repair.
