The salesman who helped me at the store is named Ernest..this man helped me in every which way possible and answered all my questions, and trust me I talked his ear off, and he has absolutely no problem giving me the right answers and guidance I needed and also physically walking me from mattress to mattress to let me lie down one each one and explain to me what the differences were and why they were! Leading me to make the right decision on the mattress for my situation!! I have arthritis all over my spine and I have herniated discs and that man literally helped me find the right mattress down to the most fine detail for my specific situation!! And through all of that being said, he never once tried to push a sale on me!! He is one of the most helpful and honest genuine salesman I ever met!!!! If mattress firm sold cars I probably would have brought one of them from him to, no kidding!! Excellent service and customer care and I'm definitely going to recommend that specific mattress firm In fishkill and I'm going to specifically tell whoever I recommend it to to ask for Ernest!! Thank you Ernest, it may just be an everyday job to you, but to me your someone who just helped me be able to break the cycle of sleeping with, and waking up in pain everyday and night!! We took advantage of the President's Sale, and we're glad we did. The store manager, Mitchell took his time and walked us through several mattress and bed frame scenarios. Taking his time. There was never any sales pressure going on as he quietly described the various differences within the different brands. We eventually agreed on one of the hybrids, I-Series. We also got the frame which raises the head and the feet. Mitchell was a pleasure to work with. The delivery was scheduled and the delivery staff came on time and were very considerate and courteous. They put on their booties and went about the new setup. Evan and his partner.

We have family history with Mattress Firm, maybe six mattresses between family members. And recently when my mother in law was bed ridden at the end, Mattress Firm stepped up to the plate honoring their warranty without any hassles. The Texan home office was amazingly responsive and understanding.

You don't buy a mattress everyday but when it is time JoAnn and I highly recommend our local Mattress...

Via phone I met Devin, Salesman, April 1. I had many questions for Devin prior to my coming to the Fishkill NY store. Devin was patient, answered each question in detail & offered info of Mattress' on sale.

On 4/7 I went to the store and had the privilege of meeting Devin. He took his time explaining what type of mattress would suit me best; weaning down my selection for me offering ease in making a selection.

Devin is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, easy going and a great pleasure to work with.

With in an hour, I left purchasing a new mattress and box spring. AND, lucky me, there was a 70% off sale on selected bedding options. I purchased 2 pillows, 2 mattress pads!

Prior to paying, with diligence, Devin went over Warranty; Delivery steps, Reviewed "Sleep on it for 120 nights" policy.

It was a pleasure working with Devin and highly recommend him.
