I had a great experience visiting the store for the first time today! My son and I were greeted by, I believe her name was Dawn. She was a fellow Tipp hill native! I went in for a mattress and with her quick and courteous assistance I was out with two mattresses in less than 30 mins! She showed great customer service being easy to talk to and not knowing I was pressed for time she prompt with purchase! She was the only sales person I saw on the floor and a gentleman was hauling mattresses but if there were multiple customers, I fear we would have been waiting. She even loaded the car! She’s a one woman show! From the moment I walked into A-Bright I had the feeling that there's something different about this furniture store. After browsing the store, making notes on some items that interested my senses I met Dawn Marie. I explained to DM that I only had so much money to spend and that I was just starting out in a new apartment with very limited furnishings. Dawn Marie is just not a sales person, she also has a heart which you don't see much of these days. She cut prices where I thought there was not much wiggle room and I left her store with much more than the funds I had could possibly purchase anywhere else. I had a SUPERB shopping experience on 3/3/25 at this store. After being approved for financing, I visited the store and I was very uncertain about what I wanted. I’m a naturally indecisive shopper but the sales rep helped me narrow it down based on my preferences. DawnMarie really vibed with my energy and helped me anchor down my choices; even going as far as helping to match up the perfect tv stand to coordinate with my sofas. The delivery on 3/7/25 was nice and easy as well! Three amazing gentleman provided professional delivery service (after waiting a few min for me to get home from work) and setup the furniture for me.
