Original Washers — Local services in Town of Geddes

I ordered my boards last month. (October 10th) I waited for two weeks for a response, tracking update, or whatever human contact a buyer would expect. After emailing, calling, and even sending a comment through the website, the only thing I received was an automated message telling me when the hours of operation were and that I would get a response within 24 hours. Needless to say I had to wait it out. There was no response. After waiting another week or so, I eventually emailed, called, left a message and tried which ever way possible to get a hold of someone again about my order and I still had no response and it was now November 1st. The very next day (November 2nd) I had an email with a tracking number telling me it would be at my doorstep by November 4th. WELL FOLKS, today is November the 8th and guess what? I now am the proud owner of what looks like someone took a dump and produced washer boards!!!! The craftsmanship really isn’t the greatest. I’m trying to be as honest as possible with the assessment even though I’m irate about the shipping and zero customer service. But if you want a headache and poor craftsmanship.... go fo it! DO NOT purchase a washers board from this company. They must be out of business. I echo what others have said. I too, placed an order for a washers board in mid-October for a good friend or mine. It's now several weeks later with no communication from the company. I have sent emails and have sent messages through PayPal. I have since filed a claim with PayPal. Original Washers if you are out of business, shut down your website or at least your shopping cart and the ability to receive payments.
