I am so impressed with the customer service of this shop. I’ve been collecting Irish jewelry and Belleek for years. I’m always looking online for Irish goods and new shops I can keep a eye on for products and good prices. I was looking for a specific ring made by shanore when I came a cross O’meara’s. I was so excited to find the ring on sale for almost half the usual price. I placed my order, and after a couple days saw it hasn’t shipped. Upon contacting the shop to ask about their shipping timeframe, I not only received a quick response but was surprised that they were going out of the way to make sure my order was filled. You see they don’t know me, I was just a first time online customer from across the country. But it turns out the ring I ordered was no longer in stock as it was a sale item. Instead of contacting me to say that there had been a inventory mistake and cancelling my order they had already placed a order with the Jewellery company all the way in Ireland. That my ring had already left Ireland, should be at their shop on Monday and they would send it right out to me. I just couldn’t believe that they would go thru the trouble to order this ring, just to fullfill my order at a sale price. Today I sit with my ring on my finger, I absolutely love it and am very happy. I was a first time customer ordering one item because they had it at a good price, but because of their wonderful customer service I will continue to shop o’meara’s for the other Irish goods I’m looking for.
