One of the worst, if not the worst customer experience ever. I have an iPhone XS Max, and had an incident where my phone had fallen out of my pocket, and damaged the screen. I came to iFixandRepair hoping to solve this issue. On my first visit there, I informed the manager there of the situation, and was told that this was an easy fix, and should be done in 15 min. So I returned to the store about 20 min later, and my phone seemed to be fine. I later realized that my phone had many new issues with it. My rear facing camera was not working, my flash wasn't working, my lockscreen shortcuts weren't working, and the screen that was put on my phone was an LCD display, even though the iPhone XS Max originally comes with an OLED panel. So i returned to the store the next day hoping to be understood, but that wasn't the case. I spoke with a different employee at the front desk, which he asked me questions like if i dropped it after getting the new screen, was my camera working before it fell the first time, and if my software was up to date. Once i proved to him that everything with my phone was perfectly fine (Other than the screen being messed up) he then proceeded to call his manager Trenton, who is the one who initially replaced my screen the previous day. Trenton, the employee at the front desk, and myself all spoke on the matter together. He asked what my issues were, and denied that the panel was an LCD display, and also asked how i would even know if it was or wasn't. Once i proved my point on how it was an LCD panel, because the display shifts colors depending on the viewing angles, colors aren't vibrant, and you can tell the panel is still backlight when looking at a plain black wallpaper. He then said "Some OLED panels do that". I encourage anyone reading this to find any info on if OLED panels can do that, because they absolutely CANNOT. I then showed the front desk employee that something else was wrong with the panel, due to the lockscreen shortcuts not working. Trenton then asked over the phone what was happening, as his OWN employee admitted that they did not work. I then brought back up my frustrations with the camera not working after my screen was replaced, because i use my phones camera for work. Trenton then implied that it could've been internal damage from the fall, but i then negated that, because i had already checked my phones camera after it fell, in which it worked!!! Meaning it literally stopped working once the screen was replaced. He continued denying that it could've been his fault, and took no accountability for anything. My intelligence of technology was also insulted during our conversation, as i myself have been in the mobile industry, and have dealt with many broken phones and parts, and have done repairs myself. Once i made that aware, i was asked "Then why didn't you do your own repair?". That told me all i had to know, that this "Manager" would never take any fault. I came into that store with 1 issue, and left with 4, and was told that im just trying to take advantage of them, and get free repairs. At the end of the conversation, i had asked for his managers number, or contact of anyone higher up then him, in which he replied that he is the owner of the WHOLE company.... After doing research and making calls for about 2 min, i found out that he also lied about that as well. This whole store is ran by unprofessionals and amateurs, and seems legit only to those who aren't technologically inclined. I myself know these forms of tech, and what goes into a business like this, and trusted them to take care of a paying cutomer. The exact opposite of that is what occurred here.

I’ve never been more pleased with an electronic repair shop. Apple wanted me to pay $130 dollars for a new speaker on my iPhone, Subhan resolved the issue for 8% of what they were asking. I also called around five or six other mobile repair shops in the area, they were all within Apple’s range of price, but it was Subhan’s confidence on the phone that made me want to come here first. Glad I did! I was so pleased with his work, I bought a phone case as well!

I arrived to the store last minute with a broken camera screen. The worker Sabo was able to help repair my camera in a week with a very fair price. I highly recommend giving them a visit for your electronic repairs. The camera works good as new really happy I found him.

I would not recommend getting the back of your phone replaced here. Trenton was nice in the beginning. My phone cracked from dropping something on the front and he explained sometimes they are sensitive so he would replace It again and fix the mag safe issue I was having due to a lack of magnets put in. I appreciated this and everything was good until 4 days later I dropped my phone face down on the ground (first time dropping my phone since getting It replaced originally) from 2.5 ft in the air and the back cracked again I went in to try and get It replaced again. This is when I was accused of being reckless with my phone. I mean if I came in there for a cracked back in the first place I obviously drop and crack my phone all the time was pretty much what he told me. I also was using one of the cases he told me to buy as i was told it would be more protective . He told me if I had bought his fake otter box case instead none of this would have ever happened. Long story short unless you can assure you will never drop your phone again don't get the glass replaced here! my phone is in a much worse spot than when I brought it in less than...

My pixel 7 took splash of water and stopped working. Screen won't come show up. I went to this place looking at the reviews, initially I was bit skeptical since it has 5/5 star reviews and Trenton name was called out so many times in those reviews. I thought 🤔 if those were paid reviews. But I still gave a try and this guy was amazing, he was so nice and clearly explained what he could do and what he couldn't. Price quoted was fair too. My phone was fixed as per the time he gave and had an excellent service. Good service exists & fair price too!! That's the reason this place has so many...
