This was the worst experience with my dog. I been going there for a year and have never had any issues. I go check on my dog and she’s the only dog in there only one crying anyway besides a dog getting its nails Clipped. She was crying when I got there for who knows how long and was just drying off after an hour. I asked were my dog was because I can’t see her and wanted to know why she had to wait while she’s with another dog during her scheduled appointment. The woman with an attitude tells me she came in for a nail clip. Woman walks away to get my dog and the other woman says it’s my fault she was helping me clip her nails. Ok fine. I just wanted my dog back all I could do was here her crying. Still had to pay $40 for the wash. So upsetting I will take my services else we’re. My dog is so upset she wants nothing to do with anyone growling at my other dog. Rachel will forever hold a place...

If I could give MORE than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Today I brought our 15+ yr old cat Don Vito Corleone to the salon to get his nails clipped. For the girls @ the salon Vito just sits there so sweet & calmly & lets them trim his nails...1,2,3..done! I have been taking our cats to the salon since Jen opened. Our beautiful cat Princess Peanut had her 'spa' day every couple months & loved it. She left us @ age 21 but ALWAYS loved her time @ the spa. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your cat(s) or dog(s) to Paradise Pet Salon...you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Your fur baby will be WELL taken care of & will love being with the ladies @ the Salon. Poor communication/miscommunication Had an appointment at 10:00am. Wife gets a call to see if we could bring our cat earlier cause there was a problem next door. Wife made sure to ask if they were gonna be able to take our cat in. They said yes, that they were trying to get all appointments early. I get there at 10:01am just to see a sign at the main door that they were indefinitely closed due to a water flood. That's understandable, what I don't understand is the poor communication, wife called to reschedule just to be told they were open!!! Why are they giving the wrong info by telling us they were open and had a sign saying the opposite!? I drove 46 minutes back and forth, and to be honest I won't go back.
