Actually the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Heed my warning do not go!!!!! Came three times because it's so much closer to me but the prices going up for this kinda food and service...
1st time: A week after opening. Show up 20 minutes after I put my mobile order in, have to wait another 20 in the drive thru. For what reason, I have no idea. Crunchwraps/Tacos were very soggy so I don't think anything was fresh/remade. Ok fine new location & team getting their bearings.
2nd, many months after opening: Put 2 orders in one right after the other, show up 15 min later. 2nd order ready first, then I have to wait 15 min again for the 1st order. Dragonfruit freezes available in app but never at location.
3rd, week after previous: In a rush, but my fault for trying again. 2 orders, show up 15 min later. They direct me to window, give me substitute drinks because they don't have what I wanted, then tell me I have to come inside...I go inside for the first time literally 30 seconds later. Like 12 ppl working, several standing doing nothing. They give me my order immediately, which was on the counter the whole time???? So why did I come inside??? Leave, feast -- hair in food. Deep in taco. None of the sauces I wanted. They also very much messed up the order of the person before me, who called to ask them to remake the order 20 min ago. Who she spoke with ln the phone I do not know bc they did not have her order remade and no one knew what she was talking about: "So....what, you want me to make it again?"
I don't like to get mad at fast food workers but this has to be a combination of egregious management, strange mobile order system, and most likely a money laundering scheme. I'd understand if it was busy, but every time I've picked up an order or driven by it is completely empty, or maybe 1-2 cars in drive thru....

I’m always patient and understanding for fast food workers especially when there’s a rush but I was the only one there for a regular order and it took nearly an hour. My son had to pee while waiting at the drive through so I asked if we could come in since there was now a line behind us I wanted to make sure we could come in and pick up the food as well without having to wait longer. Got to the front door and it was closed during normal dining hours after being told to come in… dude stared at us for a good 60 seconds then slowly, as though he was a morphed human after being a turtle his whole life, walked to the trash and grabbed a mat and placed it on the floor, then he went and grabbed another and placed it at the register. About 5 minutes later they opened the door and another 10 minutes and we got our food. They followed none of the specifications after spending an hour on the food. I walked in to order food and everyone in the restaurant was extremely rude and when we asked if we could order at the counter the kid behind it said I don't know so we used the kiosk instead. Then as we were waiting for our food I selected to pay with cash and while I was waiting other people who came in and paid with card behind me got their orders before me. After waiting 20 minutes I finally had to raise my voice and ask where my order was and to their response they said I hadn't paid yet and I said yea because no one has come to the counter to acknowledge me or accept my money. I will never be going back to them ever. Their customer service needs so serious work and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
