Let me just say that the Italian sub I just had was ahhhhmazing! First of all it's hefty like I'm talking nice girth alert volume. Hmm this is NOT no ordinary sub bread where it's super soft aht aht this bread is top tier, has a bite but yet just the right amount of softness it's holding everything in its proper formation. Nowwww let's talk about my first bite though!! Delish.ous.ness okay. It's given very fresh vegetables with just the right amount of Evoo and vinegar to where the product is not damaged or soggy. Love.at.first.bite not to mention it gets better red onion!! Unlike regular white onion red onion just takes your sub from a basic chic to a bomb call girl almost immediately and Glenville deli has the key.. The meats and the provolone chef kiss. Maybe I haven't had a bomb sub in forever or maybe they just know how to ignite my taste buds but this sub was delicious ness delight. Of course I had to order some fried dough which were also great and I have two slices of pizza to try as well but the highlight here right now was the sub. .treat yourself and patronage this...

No stars for service ! 5/25/24 -6:45p.m. As frequent customer, I can say today was the first time - I have ever encountered poor customer service ! There was difficulty trying to locate my online order in the system . Instead of problem solving, the counter person was extremely rude and condescending. She was argumentative- insisting that I didn’t place an order. I was able to provide her with emails and text messages to show that an order was placed . Again , no problem solving . When given additional information to try to locate the order - surprisingly the order was found. The Counter person THREW my food on the counter and stated “Here is your food !” She then went back into the kitchen where she proceeded with vulgar name calling of which was clearly heard by myself and another person. This is unacceptable. We were very loyal customers. After being treated in such a manner - We will NEVER enter this establishment again . What really adds salt to wound is because of prepaying for my food , I paid a tip to be treated disrespectfully ....

This place was sooooo excellent when they opened and ordered 2-3 times a week. Being of Italian descent I could not believe how great they were. Fast free delivery and just the best. As of a couple months ago I am embarrassed for them! The pasta is now overcooked, bread has NO flavor and I think they went on a no salt diet. Chicken parm and meatballs were regulars on our order but now the meatballs have an odd overuse of some spice I can't identify, and the chicken parm is flavorless thin and way over cooked. Even the sauce changed for the worst. OK enough, but after spending hundreds of dollars, giving gifts certificates to all my neighbors I am done. I even called and told them that they were failing and it only got worst. My last delivery was over 2 hours and they forgot the salad. BEWARE they have become a...
