I've been told to go here twice for service in the past 12 years and I didn't like my experience the first time. I found out they take my Fidelity warranty so I called about getting my key fob fixed. They told me to avoid Saturday appointments because it's hard to get a hold of the warranty. So I make a Monday morning appointment. I arrived there today to get asked "am I dropping it off and do I need a rental"... I said no I planned to sit here because it's only a key fob. I was told to "get comfy" It could take several hours to program or reprogram/replace. And then when they submit the claim to the warranty they have to wait to get paid out from the warranty before they will release the vehicle. Getting a spare key fob fixed is not an all-day project and definitely not something you should have to drop off the vehicle for. Furthermore when I made the appointment last week I was not told to even consider dropping it off.
