A gentleman asked my 5 year old son and I if we needed any help finding something. I mentioned I was looking for a curry ketchup from Germany I knew they had once carried years ago (after first finding chocolates of course).
This is a 6$ item but he still walked us over (not just saying "over there"). When the shelf was empty, he pulled up his inventory, said it must have just come off a truck, and went in the back.
After a few minutes, he came out with what we had been searching for. He said it was on the top of the shipment, but I think he worked harder to get to it than he made it appear.

These 2 female customers were so mean and it was uncalled for. The person training her just let it happen and this was the woman’s third day on the job. What kind of establishment is this that employees are treated with this type of disrespect. No way that the 2 experienced workers didn’t see or hear what was going on. Read moreOrdered $800 of furniture in order to qualify for the free delivery promotion being ran. The delivery company cancelled our delivery twice with less than 24 hour notice. Store manager was apathetic at best when I called and asked what to do. He stated that they have had issues with this in the past. Had to drive 2 vehicles 30+ miles to pick up our furniture. Then when we arrived at the store, we were greeted by an employee with no knowledge of our situation and a relatively poor customer service focus.
