The BFLO Store — Local services in Town of Hamburg

It’s always easy to like something until something goes wrong and they don’t know how to react (landlords, insurance, etc). Unfortunately, I experienced horrible advice (the worker advised me to buy a frame from Hobby Lobby like other customers and just remove the photo from their frame. She said it was in the frame because the picture rolls up if it wasn’t. Spoiler alert it was glued to the frame). The manager there who admited not to be a full manager asked me what do you want me to do? And just kept asking about what the worker looked like and who was it. I don’t care if you blame Ashley, John or Marissa, I wasted 50 dollars and you are not even offering a refund. I’ll still shop at BFLO just never at the gutted Mckinley Mall...

While on my vacation in Buffalo, my mom and I took a trip to the BFLO Store. It was a cute store, but I was majorly disappointed. Many sweatshirts/shirts/hoodies were WAY OVERPRICED. $89.99 for a hoodie?! Wow. I had found the same hoodie on the NFL shop and it was $29.99??? The BFLO Store is definitely huge… and has lots of items/clothing. It’s a good place to check out… maybe not buy anything… but definitely a sight. Some of their small items are less pricey though…(magnets, cups, stickers, etc.). Overall… OVERPRICED, but still a nice visit. As an alternative… I’d definitely go to the...

We’ve been shopping at this store for years because we love their product. Unfortunately, it’s our last time, we received a gift from the store that did not fit our personality. My intention was to exchange it for another item in the store however, without a receipt… Remember, this is a gift, we were not even allowed to exchange it for something else in the store.
