Walgreens — Local services in Town of Hamburg

If all Walgreens run like the one in Hamburg i can understand why they are in financial trouble. Want to buy candy the tag said 2/2, it range up 2/3 when employee went to check said it was old sign sale ended the 4th. I said still should get it for that price because that's what it said. They said nothing so I asked for a refund and the became nasty but gave it to me. Every time I go to this place there is a problem.This is about Walgreens as a whole. I purchased a Walgreens brand snack and when I opened it there was a cigarette butt in it. I called the customer service number on the package. I have them all the information I could but because of my eye site wasn't sure of some. The person i talked to asked if I could send pictures and gave me the email address to send them to. They told me someone would be in touch with me in a couple days. Two weeks later and I haven't heard anything. Oh and I was given $10 in Walgreens money ......lol Will never shop...

I paid to have my prescription same date delivered. It was already filled and the pharmacy said they received notice for shipping at 11:00 in the morning. The order was to be at my house by 3:00. I waited till 4:00 and called, and the pharmacy claimed they did not know they had same day delivery and the fed ex man had never shown up. You would think they would have found a way to send it that day still. Instead, the said they had to wait till the next day for the sore manager to come in. I called corporate to see if they could get it expedited. The woman said her supervisor would call me. I waited and waited. Finally called back and was told cases like this take up to 48 hours to address. What is the point of same day shipping if it may not be fixed for almost 72 hours later. Guess it is time to...

Almost everything is great at this store but I would advise you not to buy gift cards here nor perhaps at any Walgreens. My wife bought me a gift card for Google Play that had a defective scratch off code and the store management refused to reimburse us for the damaged card even though we had the card and a store receipt. The gift cards are handled by a third party and that company is not helpful at all either. You are out of luck if the redemption code is damaged and some of the cards have been sitting on the kiosk for years. It was also a huge waste of time trying to get someone to remedy the situation. Otherwise store and staff are great.. but don’t buy...
