Keith and Emmitt are fantastic to work with. We own a shopping center and needed a lock changed. This time, Keith showed up, changed the lock and noticed the door was not flush with the door frame, that it was sticking, difficult to open and close. With a little humor, I told him that he should check out the other 2 doors, so much worse. Within 15 min, he fixed all three doors. He unscrewed one of the hinges on each, put some cardboard on the door and screwed the hinges over it. All 3 doors were perfectly flush. They always go above and beyond and priced well, can't thank them enough. Best company, best locksmiths, best prices, best people. ...

I noticed my front door knob was loose; with a simple turn of an Allen wrench; a L-shaped tool, would fix it; so I thought. The entire knob came off in my hand. I thought I was going to have to spend the whole day waiting for someone to come. I called Rappaport Locksmith & Alerms (was familiar with them but never used their services) at 10:30 a.m., and had someone here at 11:00 a.m. Turned out the hardware was worn [with age] and needed replacing. They were finished by 11:30 a.m.

The man was rude? I asked upon entering how much it was to cut my keys I purchased else where and the man put his hand out to take my keys never stated a price when done he told me my total and I asked him prior to him cutting the keys a price he never stated he was charging me After he then got off the phone he told me a total and said well I will keep your keys until you pay me , I gave him my money I had to ask for my keys twice than he said when you pay, mind you I gave him a 20$ bill after realizing he said here threw my change on the counter along with my key’s...
