I Purchased a brand new phone less than 24 hours ago ,unknowingly it does not have a magnetic sensor and is not compatible with any compass which I need for work .I very nicely asked for an exchange minus activation charge and they refused claiming you can only return or exchange on a new activation!? I've been a customer for 5 years and this is how I am rewarded ...now I'm stuck with a phone that does not have features I need.
