Where do I start? The Photo Shoppe provides poor quality photos. I asked, in person, if there is a way to increase the resolution of photos taken from an iphone for the purposes of blowing up the photos to an 8x10. The guy's response was "yes, no problem." This was the same statement reiterated via email. The printouts looked like something my child could have printed out from home.
It's simple...... if you cannot do the work, then don't it. Don't stand on poor quality work. The quality from this store is absolute garbage and they stand by it like there's nothing wrong. Read moreThe worst! I'm sick to my stomach. They did the photos at my special needs private son's school. They put no effort into any of these poor children's photos! Just because they go to a different school doesn't mean you can treat them and make them look horrible. We all paid for these pictures and even the class photo is screams no respect. His public school in NYC did excellent work and you think a school paid for they would respect these little angels. Shame on you!!!
