Played a show here (last night 7/30/21) with my band Ten Ton Mojo from NYC. We had always played Revolution as our Long Island "go-to" spot, but with that being closed for good, the brand new Barnum Ballroom seemed like a good fit. I myself grew up on Long Island and played it before when it was called THE HUB. This was a mediocre venue that needed someone to come in and make it a real venue........well somone did. From the amazing sound engineering and also a great "circus like" MC, to the multiple monitors and beefed up lighting, Barnum Ballroom ROCKS!
Scott was extremely accommodating behind the board, we drew well, fans had a great time, got drunk and bought a bunch of merch. Win/win/win.
Definitely will book again AND view other bands here. Particularly like that it's based in Nassau county since we are based in Manhattan.
