There is something to be said for customer service and curtsy towards customers . Who ever was working on Saturday morning, February 13 take note on they way they speak to their customers. Three week's ago, I purchased a full cord of wood for $400 and was told it would be delivered in 7 days. I understand there has been some nasty whether the last few weeks, however that does not excuse the responses I received to a simple inquiry regarding my orders delivery; which I was told, :"id like to know who told you that delivery date" your employee was my response. Then I was told no wood would be delivered any sooner than 2 months from today. Confusing to me as there was walls of pre cut wood surrounding the entire property. Also, I was told because of the cold weather its it would be dangerous to handle a chainsaw, again as I noted all the wood that lined the entire property was pre-cut and stacked. It wasn't purely the responses to my inquiry but also the tone. One other thing, we are in a pandemic that has caused the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and the jobs of millions of people.
